Job Description
Seeking someone with Customer Service experience in an office setting. Bi-lingual a plus but not required.
Starting salary is $16.00 to $20.00 depending on experience.
Company schedules interpreters to go to different companies and translate for them. This position directly interacts with customers and is the first impression of the Company.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Main contact to answer and direct all incoming calls to the appropriate person and/or department
- Accurate and timely data input of customer requests
- Appropriately assign interpreters to customer requests
- Accurate and timely set up of new clients in database
