This roles is 100% focused on Customer Services and Scheduling activities, but at the same time must have strong organizational skills and a solid teamwork attitude with the ability to adapt to new processes and perform within the company expectations.

Must have excellent d/e, typing (looks for 50wpm+), and customer service skills. This position directly interacts with customers and is the first impression of the Company. It performs data input and scheduling of customer requests. Works under limited supervision with a high degree of customer service, cultural awareness, sensitivity and with an appreciation and respect for diversity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities · Main contact to answer and direct all incoming calls to the appropriate person and/or department · Accurate and timely data input of customer requests · Appropriately assign interpreters to customer requests · Accurate and timely set up of new clients in database
Strong data entry and typing skills
Minimum of Associates' degree
Recommendation from past employer
At least 2 years experience in a customer focused environment
